STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders are processed upon receipt. Standard shipping rates may vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and shipping and 1-5 business days for delivery (based on distance). Shipping method may be selected at checkout. 

 

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

We offer overnight shipping on all orders placed before 2pm PST. If you select overnight, orders will be sent the same day they are received via USPS priority mail express. We are not responsible if USPS does not deliver your package on time as promised by them.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates vary on package weight and distance. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Customs and import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over the. The customer is responsible for all customs and/or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift. 

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 

If a package is returned to BYDSIRE due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you receive your confirmation email after 2pm PST on a friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
